Viptaka17 Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Policy

1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Viptaka17 ("we", "the Platform") and anyone who uses our services ("you", "Member"). By creating an account, logging in, or using any service on Viptaka17, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully accepted all provisions of these Terms.

2. Account Registration

When registering on Viptaka17, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information. The following details are mandatory:

• Full Name (as shown on your National ID or Birth Certificate)
• Active Bangladeshi mobile number
• Active Email Address
• Date of Birth (to verify you are 18+)
• Choose a password (minimum 8 characters, including numbers and special characters)

One Person — One Account: Creating multiple accounts using the same device, email address, mobile number, or payment method is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

Keep your account password strictly confidential. Viptaka17 accepts no liability if you allow a third party to access your account.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To use Viptaka17's services, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Online gaming must be legally permitted in your country of residence.
• You must not have any mental or physical impairment that affects your ability to make sound decisions.
• We strongly advise against gaming while under financial stress or in debt.

4. Deposits & Payments

Viptaka17 currently supports the following payment methods:

• Only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made in a third party's name may be cancelled.
• The maximum daily deposit limit is ৳5,00,000.
• If you experience a deposit issue, failure to contact support within 24 hours may result in your claim being rejected.

5. Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply when withdrawing funds from Viptaka17:

• Minimum Withdrawal Amount: ৳500
• Maximum Daily Withdrawal: ৳2,00,000
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before withdrawing winnings derived from bonuses.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Large withdrawals will be put on hold until KYC verification is complete.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

The following general terms apply to all bonus offers at Viptaka17, unless otherwise stated on the specific bonus page:

• Every bonus comes with wagering requirements (typically 15×–30× the bonus amount).
• Once a bonus is accepted, there is a set time limit to complete the wagering requirements.
• Not all games may be available for play with bonus balance — certain game restrictions may apply.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Viptaka17 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies exclusively to the first deposit. Once claimed, the bonus cannot be reversed or refunded.

7. Gaming Policy

The following rules must be followed when playing games on Viptaka17:

• All game outcomes are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology — no manipulation is possible.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, the round will be voided and your stake will be refunded.

11. Limitation of Liability

Viptaka17 will not be held liable under the following circumstances:

• Issues caused by a fault with your own device.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.

In no event shall Viptaka17's total liability exceed your cumulative deposits over the preceding 30 days.

12. Amendments, Termination & Governing Law
